15. Reversals and Payouts
Advertiser networks may reverse a conversion after it has been credited (for example, due to detected fraud or a cancelled order). In such cases, the corresponding amount is deducted from your balance. Payouts are issued once your balance meets your account's minimum threshold, subject to review.
16. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity. Suspended accounts may have pending payouts withheld pending investigation.
17. Anti-Spam Policy
Sending unsolicited communications, spam, or misusing referral/tracking links through our services is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Haldwani, Uttarakhand, India.
